Perfect as a party appetizer or main dish, flautas are flour tortillas stuffed with fire-roasted green chile, Monterey Jack cheese and corn.  The flautas are fried until golden brown and served warm.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Mix chile, cheese, and corn thoroughly in a medium bowl.
  2. Place 2 tablespoons of the chile mixture in the middle of a tortilla, wrap tightly, and secure with a toothpick.
  3. When all the flautas are rolled, heat a skillet with cooking oil and add the flautas, 3 at a time, to the hot oil. Fry on all sides until golden brown, drain on paper towels, and serve with Roadrunner Chile Company Green Chile Salsa. (Note: warn your guests to remove the toothpicks!)
