Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • ⅛ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • dash pepper
  • ⅛ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 8 oz shredded Monterey Jack or sharp Cheddar cheese (or combination of both)
  • 1 cup Roadrunner Chile Company Gourmet Fire-Roasted Green Chile
  • ½ cup finely diced tomatoes
Instructions
  1. Melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and continue to stir until mixture turns light brown.
  2. Mix in garlic powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and cream over medium heat until sauce starts to boil and thicken. Reduce heat to low, add cheese, chile, and tomatoes, and stir until cheese is melted and thoroughly mixed into cream sauce.
  3. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
