Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat eggs; add water, soup mix, and ketchup.
  3. Add bread crumbs, beef, and chile, mix well.
  4. Form into a loaf and put into loaf pan or shallow pan.
  5. Bake for 70-75 minutes, until the meat loaf reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
