Ingredients
  • ½ cup tomato juice or V-8 vegetable juice
  • ½ cup Roadrunner Chile Company Gourmet Red Chile Cooking Sauce
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp celery salt
  • ½ cup vodka
  • 2 celery stalks
  • Old Bay seasoning
Instructions
  1. Combine first seven ingredients in a nonreactive container about 2-4 hours before serving
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Rim two tall highball glasses with lemon juice and Old Bay.
  4. Fill each glass half-full with ice.
  5. Pour mix and vodka into a shaker with ice, shake until thoroughly chilled, strain into glasses.
  6. Add a celery stalk and other garnish of your choice to each and serve.

Ratio of tomato juice and red chile sauce can be adjusted to your liking).
