  • 6-8 large iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 2 cups red chile carne adovada (see separate recipe)
  • 1 cup fancy shredded Monterey Jack and/or Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  1. Serve items separately, allow each diner to assemble his/her own wrap. Add small amount of carne adovada, cheese, and tomatoes to a lettuce leaf, roll up like a burrito and enjoy! Makes 6-8 servings.
